I’m absolutely stuffed from dinner but still can only think about eating rubbish or drinking beer tonight (but I have no rubbish and have already hit my guideline maximum of three drinking nights this week).
The zero waste shop now sell frozen baked goods! Got two different types of cookies, some croissants and some focaccia dough.

This sounds amazing. My pipeline dream for if I was a functioning and monied individual would be to open a low/zero waste shop in the place next to Londis on the estate here which has been vacant forever. From a community standpoint it would be a bloody excellent place for something like that to exist, from a business standpoint it would be absolutely terrible because you’d close down long before you built up enough support to keep it going.
