Hello all! Here’s my day in pictures.

Woke up to find that the bread in the breadmaker had risen too much and stuck to the top of the machine, resulting in this mess:

@meowington - this isn’t the model you’ve got, which has broken down after six years’ long service; it’s one we bought off a friend for a tenner as a stopgap til we get a proper replacement.

After breakfast, went for a walk starting at (fnarr) Leziate:

Walked through some pretty bleak farmland but the girls were happy and the fresh air was good for us:

Went for a café lunch and then put up my new spice rack! Had a nice tidy and sort out of the kitchen cupboard and feel a lot better for it.

Yeah I’d thought of that. But a friend of ours offered it to us for a tenner as it was sitting unused in her garage. It’s earned its worth already with the amount of bread we get through!
