Just realised that I’ve forgotten to buy a core ingredient of the starter, having already been out to Tesco once to buy the bread flour I’d forgotten. Fucking fuming with myself.

I knew someone in uni (type who’d been on a gap year to India and came back with white boy dreads etc) who would insist, betond all attemptsat reason, that you simply could not use the word aryan to describe blonde, pale etc people because it was originally a term used to describe ancient Iranians. Still gets me angry just thinking about it. LEARN TO LANGUAGE, MATE
