Eighteen… Tbf, Sydney was the first one of the lot and just checked, the other seventeen came in. Unlikely to ever get so close.

That’s impressive to get 17 right. If only you hadn’t put Sydney in.

I’m going to see them next week with a pal who has cited them as his favourite band for THIRTY YEARS but had never seen them. Hysteria is an underrated pop record. Reckon it’ll be fun (unless you tell me otherwise!).

I am exhausted pals, had my ATDs over for our annual Christmas meal and cooked a huge meal, did a stuffed seitan roast from an Isa book and it was absolutely banging. Drank some fizz and beers so feeling a bit woozy and mellow now. Got a nice cup of tea and the Aidan Moffat Christmas album on which is absolutely lovely.

I’m looking for something impressive for NYE and a meat replacement roast might tick the boxes there.

Just laughed along to the Michael McIntyre show, someone shoot me now

Maybe you can just pretend you were thinking about Stewart Lee’s impression of him?

It’s not dated well :grimacing:

I was going to put ‘A Little South Of Sanity’ on in the car the other day and decided not to for fear of this very reason.

It’s dated on every level: casual sexism/locker-room transphobia, terrible guitar solos, a voice like trapping your balls in a zip-fly
