Had planned a day trip across to Dumfries but the weather is awful so we’re going to Edinburgh for the day. Generally cutting about, looking at things, that kind of vibe. Haven’t been up in years, quite excited!

Just about to jump in the shower in my new house.
Then I’ll be heading to M&S for breakfast and popping Dunelm/B&M for house stuff and back for more unpacking.
Absolutely shattered still. Need coffee.

Looking forward to a bacon and black pudding roll for breakfast once I summon the energy to get out of bed. Absolutely knackered from work last night.
Going to watch my football team be rubbish and lose to another football team this afternoon. Couple of beers with my dad before the game.

Was gonna go beach. But woke up late and it’s cloudy and drizzly. Wife’s gone swimming and gymming, so I might be selfish later on.

We were meant to be having a big group picnic with our antenatal group for the collective first birthdays, which included families coming back from overseas etc, but what looks to be hand foot and mouth disease on our son means we’re gonna have to miss it which is a real shame.
Instead… tidy the flat, do some work… bit of a rubbish one tbh
Just about to do parkrun for only the third time this year. I’ve been a bit slack, eh? Then a bit of holiday shopping, and maybe a solo pint in the sun this afternoon
Park run then off to Dunbar (Sunny Dunny) for a week with family. Might stop in Edinburgh for lunch

Trip to Tenby is over, no more falling asleep to the sound of the sea. Going to have a stop at Hay-on-Wye on the way back to browse the bookshops.
