Everything’s better with a sauce isn’t it. Peppercorn, bearnaise, cheese, tomato/ragu if you’re fancy, blue cheese, garlic, the list goes on and on. What are some other good sauces?

These are condiments, and while that’s fine, I think I already did a thread about condiments. Use this thread to talk about hot sauces that you’d pour over for example a steak or something please.

Bit of sweet chilli sauce. Nice as an addition to a chow mein; nice as a dip for your spring rolls. Good sauce.
