Can’t think I’d ever feel the need to add anything to a scotch egg, and that’s basically the kind of savoury foods.
if you get one of those modern wanky ones with a runny yolk, there’s your sauce right there, if you’re the kind of person who insists on sauces.
Actually, I like putting mini cheddars into soup (tomato)
