As was Andy Goram’s performance. Best keeper I’ve ever seen.

Is this on TV anywhere?

Not this leg I don’t think. Next week’s is on BT.

As a Celtic fan, Andy Goram was responsible for some of my worst memories of the 90s!

How’s Ntcham done at Celtic?

There was some talk he might end up back at City because they sold him on one of these dodgy buyback deals they get rid of academy players on how, but a new lad called Gomes, also French, from PSG’s come in and sounds pretty shit hot.

he’s looked like a world beater in a few european games (last night and that goal up there ^^ for example) and gone a bit quiet in league games, think he has the potential to be very very good though

can’t see who he’d displace in your midfield at the minute mind you

I think they’re looking at a year from now when Fernandinho and Silva go, and maybe with one eye on homegrown quotas and that.

He really looked like a terrific prospect as a kid. First six months of his season on loan at Genoa he was exceptional and we thought he’d come back and challenge for a place but it never happened.

He just really hated Celtic :grinning::+1:

Not sure what to think of the upcoming season.
But then I’ve been so put off by rangers off the field these last few years it’s hard to get excited.
Fuck knows what’s going on behind the scenes.

Big fan of Stevie G as a player and I really hope he gets given the time, but it’s a helluva punt.

I played golf in Bellshill recently, and Goram was on the course as well. He was wearing red, white and blue shorts, so he was on-brand at least.

I went on holiday with a group waaay back (I’m talking the late 90s) and he was in the group, so I got to know him quite well. And then- unrelatedly, my old band got a residency playing in his local in Largs every weds, so I’d see him every week for years! We were proper buddies for a spell. Would love to see him again and see how he is, but he’s vanished from our usual hangouts (or rather, I have no social life anymore!)

i’ve watched most of them, robson was good - enjoyed his story about boruc cracking mcgeady

the mcgeady, strachan & mcmanus one’s are worth watching for the stories about gravesen alone!
