Profoundly silly football season we’re having

Bizarre game. Bossed it first half and then just let them back in.

Not sure about that penalty at all.

Neither side of the old firm being happy is always the best outcome

much like the last old firm, game of two halfs.
we were outstanding firsthalf, micky moore was on great form. second half just kept retreating and letting cletic back into it.

some goal from chermitii.

I mean it hit his hand, which stopped the ball going in the goal…not sure why it can’t be a penalty.

Anyway, I’m happy with the result. Need to win our game in hand next weekend away at Dundee

Beauty!

Psychologically, it feels like a better point for Celtic than Rangers. However, the Aberdeen game on Wednesday really is must win for Celtic. If they don’t win that one then Hearts can pretty much discount them as challengers.

Definitely a pen…doesn’t matter that it wasn’t intentional. If the ball is heading towards the goal at such close range and it hits an arm it has to be a pen.

I would absolutely flabbergasted if Celtic don’t comfortably beat Aberdeen.

Yeah, Aberdeen are so poor this season, despite the amount of money they have spent on players.

As an Aberdeen fan, I don’t even see the point in pretending this fixture exists.

Celtic have managed three or four comfortable victories out of 15 games in 2026 so far, and that’s including putting two goals past Auchinleck Talbot.

Obviously Celtic should (and need to) win this, but they’ve needed 90+ minute winners recently against the two sides at the bottom of the division. Aberdeen might be having a poor season, but they’ve got double the points Livingston have.

If you’re going on reputation, then yeah this and some other upcoming games should be comfortable, if you’re going on how they’ve actually performed all season or even just the last month, then there’s no basis for expecting any of the remaining fixtures to be comfortable.

We’re fair churning through them. It seems to be a buy-low-sell-high business model but we’ve had about 20 come in within 15 months which isn’t good for stability. The vast majority have been duds and because of that high turnover there’s been little opportunity for the good ones to gel together. (I’m still bitter about selling Shay Morris. He was pretty much the glue holding the entire team together.)

This is about as comfortable a 2 - 1 as you’ll ever see. Celtic keeper could have gone for a nap apart from his one save and the penalty.

Up at Dens Park today ( definitely not dreich and drizzly today!!)

Must win game!!

COYW!

Aberdeen are shite

And not just a bit shite either. Tottenham shite
