Thanks for reminding me about the existence of Seaweed. I will now listen to their excellent 1993 album “Four” the CD of which I got for my 17th birthday

Seafood are so ridicoulously underrated, one of the best bands of that era.

Didn’t one or some of Seafood become PRE? They were fun.

I’m on a see-band diet - I see a band with one of these names, I turn them over! Shite!

I saw Seefeel on Friday. It was perfectly pleasant.

Yes, Kevin went on to be in PRE as well as Male Bonding.

There was a cool interview with David from Seafood recently where he played a new song

Loving the new EP!

I got it for Christmas 1994 I think…16…still love particularly Losing Skin which they used to play on 120 mins

Tough one for me as rate all 3 bands (if one includes Seaweed) but Seefeel edge it if I had to pick between the three for their services towards shoegaze and dub infused electronica

I also love the Sea (as in the sea)
And like the Sea and Cake
Not so keen on Cake (or actual cake)

Oh, this a strictly non-ranking thread. I wanted to test how indie DiS was when it came to telling which band was which from ever more vague gig photography.
