Segue / segway (a things you didn't realise until far too late thread)

Only today realised that when people say ‘segue’ they aren’t saying ‘segway’. What the hell. Thought this was some weird corporate sponsored metaphor getting people to think about how they manage to ‘segway’ the conversation in an unexpected direction.
