Ah, yeah true. Just confused me as I don’t really see RTJ as being that big or lauded On Here, but probably just not been looking at the right threads.
On the topic, obviously they shouldn’t get a pass or be excused for anything crappy attitudes or lyrics they have, but I personally just generally try to enjoy the good aspects, acknowledge the bad ones and not let them influence my behaviour or outlook in my day to day life. Hard to say if that’s more a shrugging “oh that’s life” attitude or more realism about the duality of most people and pieces of art.
