Did he just say “Shit”?

That’s unparliamentary language?

First time watching PMQ’s?

bojo is posting cringe

It’s a Thatcherism thrown at Labour way back - short for frightened.

it’s well above the normal levels

Is this actually bad in any meaningful way or is it bad from a lefties on the internet point of view?

For all that he’s one of the biggest Scumbags in history, Cameron was really good at pmqs wasn’t he. Every tory since and all potential future tory leaders I can think of are really awful at it.

Yeah this a false policy. Absolutely impossible to recruit 20k when you can’t recruit the usual level per year.

Option B I think, it’s theatre innit?

It’s bad from a coherence point of view, as well as embarrassing.

It’s certainly bad in an objectively boring way, with the mild irritation it comes from listening to any loudmouth for too long

I think Dominic Raab actually finds these ridiculously stuffy parliament jokes genuinely funny (eg chlorinated chicken)

“Frit” and “dither” don’t seem like words that are going to land with the electorate. Very public school. Might as well offer a tax break on lashings of ginger beer.

Go on Blackford, nut the cunt. Dae it.

I guess what I mean is, I’m assuming this is very much the case, but do we think it’s so bad that it’s noteworthy to the wider, not-really-that-invested-comparatively, populace?

He’s all over the place - poorly prepared and unable to pivot - even May would broadly answer with a platitude before talking about something different.

The right answer to half of Corbyn’s questions was “This government doesn’t comment on leaks”

He was trying to appear the strongman and give it a bit of a touch of the ol’ BoJo linguistic charm but clearly struggled to stay on track. Not a man for rehearsals or preparation is Boris.

He’ll likely get better with time. If he gets time…

He’s always thought he’d be good at this and is going at it how he has been since school.

Always hard to say what the pundits will make of it - their verdict of who wins and loses is usually how people think of it, though really it’s just whatever soundbite makes it to the news.

I expect they’ll be far too much attention paid to Johnson saying “shit”. Good distraction tactic.

Nah, PMQs will never be able to do this.
