Think Les is right that the message has mostly been lost, has a football anchor or commentator ever actually acknowledged that the protests are about systemic racist police brutality rather than just skirting around it or alluding to it with vague words like ‘injustice’

Cuisance deal pretty much confirmed. Incredibly weird to live in a world where we’re signing players Bayern fans are fuming about losing.

That’s probably it for summer business, save for maybe another winger or loanee. Really happy tbh - we really needed another midfielder, squad’s we’ll balanced and got genuine options/depth in most areas and now we shouldn’t be sweating on either Hernandez or Forshaw being fit.

Not perfect, in an ideal world would be great to have a specialised left-back and a more experienced, non-racist GK to compete with Meslier, but I really can’t complain.

Think this year is gonna be especially competitive but hopeful we can challenge for a comfortable midtable finish.
