I have an update from our solicitor: our mortgage included some cashback, and they’ve now received the advance and cashback, which means that the solicitor now owes us money (my previous moaning was about the solicitor saying that some fees were wrong and we still owed £100 or so). Fucking hell.

We’ve still received absolutely zero info from our mortgage folk about, errr, when the mortgage is starting. GREAT STUFF. The flat becomes ours on Friday. LOL.

It’s one of those days that life feels like it’s tell you not to bother trying.

I went to into a bookshop to have a look around, I wasn’t for buying a book I just wanted to go in somewhere calm. There was a lovely old dog in there, so patted it a bit.
