Made focaccia last night, so so pleased with how it turned out. Take that, cricket bat
Somehow managed to actually make it too oily (you can see at the very bottom) but otherwise it was great and ridiculously easy
Used this recipe, stuck a little in the middle but that might be because I used a glass dish. Didn’t have a thermometer but just used some half boiled water mixed with some cold and seemed to be about right
Made some scones
They were from a packet mix, but that is no guarantee against disaster when I’m involved.
Decent/10, just the one I made from the leftover dough ended up like a bread roll
Correctly presented as well.
Made some pierogi. Presentation is bad, but they were delicious.
Total pasta success this time, very happy
