Ribbon always minimised. Stop taking up screen real estate you ribbon prick!
Just the basics here, in my old role I had Edit Links there too but no need anymore.
Get some pastes in there!

Sort ascending, freeze panes and sort by whatever you fucking like. Might add to it though, yours has given me ideas.

I’ve always been a right-click or ctrl+v paster. Never even occurred to me to operate differently.
