I thought I’d start a thread as I found this the perfect antidote to my pop woes after Taylor crafted an album that was frustratingly half glorious and half pants. Shura released one of my fav albums a couple years ago and produces some really really nice shynth pop with funky and dancey elements. Covered in hooks as well and really good production. Great for a summer listen.

Found out that she writes most of her songs with yer man from Athlete.

Don’t know why, but I found that quite surprising at the time.
