does it count as sitting down when i am cycling ?

Pre lockown I walk about 28k steps a day. Now…about 100? When work is quiet I wall round the park whialt taking calls etc but its too busy to move so if it weren’t for the school run I’d be statuesque (in a bad way).

If anyone was around yo sit with m after bedtime I’d love to go walking at night, love night walking, guess I’ve got about 10 years to wait before I can pop out after dark :sob:

feel like i might be fucking my wrists up sitting like a dickhead when i’m working

Can confirm if you get pissed and act like nothings wrong life’s miles better

Used to walk about 4k ish every lunch time. Now that I started running 3 times a week, I’m getting some good exercise again, but spending far too much time on my arse. In my old job I had a reserve to walk around, miss that quite a bit.

Edit: nevermind, misread

As a long-time WFHer I have to be careful with this. One of the main reasons for us getting a dog was that I was probably doing less than 2,000 steps a day most days.

Currently have a bad habit of working in bed with a laptop though. Think that’s a sign my desk chair has become uncomfortable.

More than usual but not PAMWL

Did you know sitting was only really invented in the late nineteenth century?
