Wake up having been laying on your ear, the blood rushing back in, and your ear being really, really painful for a few minutes.

I was too slow!

I used to have to get up in the night for a wee, but then I read that my blood pressure drugs were diuretic, so I changed the time I take them to the morning rather than the evening, and now I donāt need a wee in the night.
Thanks for that Rob, a wonderful insight into your life there

I donāt even have trouble sleeping, I just have this thing (maybe from watching House too much years ago) where I want as much data about my health to be available as possible so if something goes wrong, then they can look at what Iāve got and find patterns. I rarely visit the doctors or take sick leave, itās not like this is some sort of hypochondria that affects my life, but if itās needed, I have the data (regular blood pressure readings from home machine, medical diary of any ailments, smart weighing scales)
Share a duvet, but itās a size larger than the bed.
Did do separate duvets at one point, but was more for my ex than me. Didnāt mind it, but also donāt mind that Iām back to single duvet life again now.
Iāve tried tracking it on my phone but as soon as I do that my sleep goes to shit
