I used to have to get up in the night for a wee, but then I read that my blood pressure drugs were diuretic, so I changed the time I take them to the morning rather than the evening, and now I donā€™t need a wee in the night.

Thanks for that Rob, a wonderful insight into your life there

I donā€™t even have trouble sleeping, I just have this thing (maybe from watching House too much years ago) where I want as much data about my health to be available as possible so if something goes wrong, then they can look at what Iā€™ve got and find patterns. I rarely visit the doctors or take sick leave, itā€™s not like this is some sort of hypochondria that affects my life, but if itā€™s needed, I have the data (regular blood pressure readings from home machine, medical diary of any ailments, smart weighing scales)

Share a duvet, but itā€™s a size larger than the bed.

Did do separate duvets at one point, but was more for my ex than me. Didnā€™t mind it, but also donā€™t mind that Iā€™m back to single duvet life again now.

Iā€™ve tried tracking it on my phone but as soon as I do that my sleep goes to shit
