Flat on my back with my hands folded over my chest (like a vampire) and with one foot over the top of other (I’ve read this is bad for you for some reason but it’s a habit). Also have to have a neck pillow; bed as firm as possible.

Best case scenario 3 hours consecutive sleep.

This is pretty much me except my hands are in the centre of my chest and folded over each other.

Also must admit i don’t sleep in a hat, except on special occasions,

Go to sleep 3 but on the other side, wake up 9 and in arm agony. Every day.

I just sleep on (either) side but with my legs straight. Kind of put my weight in the back of the shoulder so my arm doesn’t go dead. Would recommend.

How the fuck do I know?

badly

between 4 and 17, but always on my left side (alright Snoop), with a 1 thrown in every now and then

2, at least at the beginning

Why is the man photorealistic, but the woman just a drawing? And why if you’re going to the effort to introduce some kind of equality by having men and women is there not a 50/50 split?

can’t see an option for sat on the couch at 4am hating your own head for not letting you sleep

I would say it’s 7, but upright.

I can hear deafening snores just by looking at 6 & 7.

, perchance to dream

3 or a bit of 6/16, but I think the latter are mainly just what I do before I go to sleep. Probably only actually sleep like that occasionally. Absolutely never on my front, can’t put up with it for more than a few seconds.

I think it’s been cobbled together from 2 different charts - someone started off with the one with the man and went looking for another chart to fill in some that they felt were missing

Always 5 over here. The perfect sleepy head height is my exact upper arm width plus a thin pillow.

Same. Don’t know how I don’t wake up with a dead arm though
