Sleeping times (poll thread)

It might be all you need. I feel awful if I have too much sleep, and mentally I’m far sharper on consistent but lesser amounts.

Same. Problem is if I’m out gigging or rehearsing I tend to get in at midnight or after, and I can’t go straight to sleep. Also like to do a workout before bed.

I feel it sometimes, but then a hefty sleep on the occasional weekend I’ve got nothing on tends to sort me out.

Get an extra hour in bed in the morning with my new job! Biggest perk, tbh.
