I think I do the same as you iPerv, I support Chelsea and Cork City. Always go to a good few Cork City games every year, am only going to see my first Chelsea match in December though.

Tbh in the last few years I’ve totally stopped following Chelsea and the Premiership/Champs League generally… I get no enjoyment out of it except for Thibaut Courtois’ face and, post-Leicester, find it all a bit hollow and soulless. No idea who a lot of major players in the PL are and am a bit baffled that Spurs are consistently good now. You should come to the Dulwich/Tonbridge game instead

Ah, that’s something I can completely understand. I’m still interested out of habit but most Chelsea fans I know have taken a step back from supporting the club. If the ticket hadn’t been bought for me I’d consider going to the Dulwich/Tonbridge game instead!

I love waitrose and I love lidl and aldi, but I couldn’t go to any one of these shops and get everything I need for the week right there, in that one shop. To me they are top-up shops, once you’ve been to Tesco or morrison’s for the main stuff.

Oh I see. For the sake of clarity and full-disclosure. I have no need to use the myriad of Systema products that litter up our kitchen and am frankly mildly irked at my partner’s inability to not buy a Systema thing if she sees one.

I’d have gone with Alan Partridge, but whatever.

They are not, obviously.

Haha!!! I just throw things in my cupboards and when they look like they’re about to come tumbling out I slam the door shut.

Got the same Cath Kidston boxes! Really like them.

sort of agree w this , also find it interesting that i lurk on another messageboard where people are generally more knowledgable & academic about e.g. films and music than on here but there’s far less giving it large about other peoples consumption choices, makes me think that the sneering (as opposed to actual critiquing of stuff) on here comes from people’s insecurity & or inarticulacy.

which i can relate to but it can make this place a bit intimidating i think so i reckon the more bullish ones on here could do with reigning it in a bit

tracksuits literally exist to be comfortable and practical!
anyone who’s snobby about them needs to check their comfort privilege

People putting too much sugar in their coffee. A woman at work put about 4 sugars in their coffee and I mentally gagged hard.
