Do you ever go to Polesdon Lacey for lunch?

I don’t, nor have I ever been. I just looked it up, and even though it’s only about 7 miles away as the crow flies, it’s a half hour drive.

I think I may have got Bookham and Banstead mixed up!

the London suburbs are covered in ice

I recommend not cycling in it :grimacing:

Hammersmith/Shepherds Bush was pretty sketchy this morning. Roads and pavements pretty bad

My street was an ice rink, skidded at 4 mph with my foot off the accelerator. Was basically fine after that.

Took me 20 minutes to properly de-ice the car though, and wrecked my ice scraper in the process.

Got in and the big boss (who lives quite near me) has decided to wfh due to the driving conditions :upside_down_face:

Sacking off the car and running to work this morning instead was a great decision

I’m fed up with snow. Can it be summer again?

A couple of guys from work live in Banstead and had a lot of snow, yet nothing at work a few miles down the road in Wallington. Nor Epsom.

We had snow in Caterham. Not much but. it was slippery and looked pretty. I trained and bussed it.

My housemate drove to Croydon as he has band practise later so had to take the drums. Took him 1 hour 40, as it was bad around Warlingham.

Couple of inches, school closed. One of those days where I regret being able to work from home.

You mean play Dead Cells from home right?

snow: yes. none had settled in the driveway or car port, hence my initial statement. they’ve thrown grit everywhere outside work and now it’s wet, it’s slipper than if the ice was there.

SO22 - Snow and it’s still falling.
