IIRC (was a few years ago now), they were full size! It was a good festival for freebies in general. Plus a generally lovely time, nice site and city. No 12 days of mdma in a chipboard hut though!

My Dad’s heart was in the right place, doesn’t mean he wasn’t a terrible parent

how long do you reckon until he tries to make a come back, seems like this, that Q and A event with stewert lee, he is testing the waters

I wasn’t really following the Jabberwocky thing at the time (although I was very close to buying a ticket just before it all went wrong which was a close shave) Is the origin of the Dyson Airblade ATP meme literally as ridiculous as he was boasting about what a good venue it was by highlighting the Dyson Airblades?

Yes

That facebook post should be in a museum. For me Jabberwocky was always the point it went from it going a bit wrong to going absolutely fucking wrong.

Has anyone got the posts where this was defended that is more what I remember.

By the time August 15th rolls around it will feel and look like nothing other than an ATP event

Well he was right about this at least

I think this is really on point actually. People absolutely loved ATP, there was such an incredible amount of goodwill towards them. Some people still gave them the benefit of the doubt after being messed around multiple times. It took some doing, but once you’ve lost that audience’s trust there’s no coming back

Spectacular stuff. That’s somehow even funnier than I’d imagined it being (which was very funny)

Shellac are eliminated from existence thanks to the cursed ratio.

vaguely remember some drama from the beginning on jabberwocky, they announced it early on their website by mistake, and then got angry with people for reporting/discussing it online, was supposed to be at the olympic park as well I think

Looking at that line-up, £38.50 is ludicrous. Could have charged double that.
