Sculpt one into the shape of a train and then roast it.
roasted with honey and a lil bit of salt n oil

Yeah could cut them really thin into straw type things and put them in/on anything you like.

Peel them, cut them into chunks and then cut the big chunks in half lengthways along the middle, coat in oil, add a sprinkle of salt, pepper, herbs, spices whatever, roast in the oven for like 40 mins or until they are as soft as you want them to be

Over raw carrots? No
yeah, just tried it. tastes a little odd
raw carrots: fine
boiled carrots: not really keen
roasted carrots: bloody brilliant

think I’ve only ever had them raw or boiled, should try roasting them sometime for sure
