mix your cholula with a bit of mayo then dip em. Unless you hate mayo, in which case DO NOT DO THIS

chop them up all small, sautée them in marg with salt, pepper and some cumin seeds, maybe?

Shave them into ribbons with a peeler and add them to a salad for a colourful crunch. Or grate them with some cabbage and mayo and make coleslaw
