I think it is. Really shouldn’t be that way as many managers go from club to club despite not being very good. Also would be amazing to see a woman manage a professional club. Don’t think that will happen in my lifetime though.
I’m led to believe that a lot of players say things like “I have moved to this club because I love this city”, but I’d imagine there’d be a lot of instances where good teams are in cities where people might not want to live (e.g. too cold).
Do players ever say things like “I’m very happy to have signed for F.C. Torremolinos because I look forward to spending my weekends on the beach”?

yeah I feel like people will behave in this way throughout different aspects of life because it’s reinforced and validated in many different ways. I would say though that intrinsic to the concept of sport is to win and to lose which is bad whereas music doesn’t inherently have that so can be a force for good x
