The Roots, 12
Jorja Smith, 13
De La Soul, 14

Nothing interests too much this year except maybe Roisin Murphy.

I will not be going to London for any of those. The Roots and De La Soul should be good though.

But not for £50 each, no chance.

Every year I realise how out of touch I am reading the line up for this. Well, every year for the last few years anyway. Who the hell are Flight Facilities? And LP??

As I say to myself every year, remember when they’d put decent bands like Mogwai on? Sigh…

Tindersticks supported by Emmy The Great.
Belle and Sebastian a couple of times, once supported by The Shins.
The Lemonheads.
Goldfrapp a couple of times.

I’ve been to quite a few others but those above were the best ones I’ve been to there.

The best had to be Beth Gibbons (Rustin’ Man), who was supported by Sparklehorse that night.
Feel quite teary thinking about the latter.
