people who work in care homes ALWAYS think their colleagues are shit at their jobs and they are the only ones that aren’t. this is 100% true from a sample of 7 or 8 people.

Not to the extent of care home workers my good man. Whether its me mam or my old friend Rosie from back home (or 5-6 others) they’re always going on about how they have to cover for other people’s mistakes and how everyone else is lazy.
