This topic is inspired by my recent revisiting of what is one of my favourite songs from the 90s, by an Australian band called The Clouds, about the Dutch painter Hieronymus Bosch:

Absolutely cracking song, to boot. Melodic fuzz-driven (almost Pixies-esque) pop with sublime female vocal harmonies.

Such an amazing song. I love how the solo builds to the lead riff rather than the other way around.
