That’s a close second for me. It’s a much more comforting song compared to Ring the Bell’s head-down gritted-teeth vibe. Jason Molina was such, such a great songwriter.

I Want To Be Well by Sufjan is a really interesting one. He’s said that between Ilinois and Age Of Adz, he had this mystery ailment that never got diagnosed, where he was physically sick and debilitated for really long periods of time. With that going on, and all his other personal shit in Age Of Adz, stuff was just really on top of him for that album, and then that crazy masterpiece came out of the other side of it. I fucking love that album.

I really like this song.
