I love Sonic so much. My brother and I used to play Sonic 1 and 2 on my granddad’s Megadrive, and then later we got a Dreamcast and I absolutely rinsed Sonic Adventure 1 and 2. I loved the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon (the 1993 one). While I’m now getting an understanding of Mario and the whole Marioverse, I was still really hyped when we unlocked Sonic in Super Smash Brothers Brawl because hey, he’s my guy.

I just found out that there’s a real Dr Eggman!
Dr Susan Eggman is the Democratic Senator for the 5th District in California. Her stance on small woodland mammals is unknown.

So, sonic colours remake, sonic collection with sonic 3, new 3d sonic game next year. All quite nice. I’ll probably pick all these up at some point.

Really proud of myself for completing Sonic 1 and 2 on my iPod. The click-wheel made it so hard!

Any news on whether Sonic 3 will have the original music? I know that’s what’s stopped it being included in all the other collections due to the MJ work.
One of the best soundtracks, that.

if they get rid of this then the game is dead to me

ah not done by MJ apparently, phew!
Ice Cap, Launch Base and Carnival Night might be gone though; Ice Cap huge loss, and Launch Base I love the bass line, but Carnival Night can fuck off frankly
