Making a proper Indian feast on Saturday, including bread and sides. Looking forward to it, but going to be flat out.

I use a recipe for curried peas with ginger and chilli and it’s amazing, will try and dig it out.

I often used to make pork and pepper paella with a load of lemon for date type scenarios. Can’t remember where it came from. Probably Moro.
