Anyone going to the Manchester gig in May?

It’s at IABF. Man, I’m so excited about this.

Does this mean he’ll just be doing new stuff? Would’ve loved to have seen him around Julia With Blue Jeans On

“Using this template, he now releases his solo work, and tours a variety of new songs as well as those from older projects, as Spencer Krug.”

I was hoping the older projects bit means we might get some Julia.

You coming? Let’s hang out…

Was unaware of this tour, he needs to be careful changing his project name, slips through the Songkick cracks

Yeah I think I saw it on his twitter one night but haven’t spotted it promoted elsewhere tbh.

I hope he plays all fires, saw sunset rubdown once and someone in the audience kept shouting for it, Krug just said that was a different band, normally I’m against crowd members being rude like that but in this instance totally agreed he should play all fires, not as if swan lake toured

I’ll do a cost up for trains/hotels, but really want to do it if he is doing Moonface stuff, and obviously up for hanging out if i do

Read his solo material is going to be piano based so piano moonface is quite likely

Unless he throws a fifths of seven curveball

I’m doing the Bush Hall show in London at the end of May. I was lucky enough to catch a Julia show, and it was outstanding.

Will be interesting what he decides to play at these shows. He’s got a Patreon project running at the moment and these are certainly piano songs, but the new Wolf Parade album is supposedly complete as well.

As for All Fires, looks like he played it earlier this year, so fingers crossed!

Seen a moonface version of all fires on YouTube, one of the lesser moonface incarnations though

This one? TBF, it’s pretty ace:
