Full trailer expected to debut in the States Monday evening during a break of an American football match (as they did for the third and final TFA one).

Tickets are also expected to go on pre-sale - although whether that’ll also happen outside of the US remains to be seen.

Recently for big films when their big proper trailer comes out I’ve been only watching the first 30/60 seconds and leaving the rest. I think I’ll try and do that here but it’s hard to resist. I really regret watching a Force Awakens trailer and TV spot 6 minute supercut two years ago as it hit all the story beats pretty heavily.

Tickets on sale tomorrow apparently. Science Museum IMAX only place outside the use to see it in 70mm. I will be there with bells on.

I saw Force Awakens three times in the cinema. I love it but dont think I could sit through it again other than at home in my trackies. Wish I could just come along and see the last 45 minutes.

Yeah I like the idea of a double bill but in practice would probably make me enjoy the new one less

Get a ticket and turn up 45 minutes before TFA - your seat will be a-waiting!

There’s a trailer for the trailer - why have I watched this like 30 times?!

  • TFA ends obv… stupid short window of time to edit faff
  • Star Trek
  • Star wars

Think I might enjoy them equally, new trek series pretty good so far

quite like the new star trek films. definitely prefer them to the new star wars one.

Rogue One is better than all of them obvs.

this is the biggest ‘depends’ of all time but prolly star wars on the whole

I mean I read that as Leia being blown up to get her out of the way without needing to write any extra dialogue etc. Man, that’s going to be incredibly tough.
