Yeah @laelfy that desk is clearly VERY tidy.
I’d probably put the majority of those pens etc. in the top drawer but, there’s no denying, that’s a supremely tidy desk and fair play to you.
It’s only tidy because I don’t really sit at it - I either work from bed or the dining table (where I am now). You should see my office desk - I’m always getting in trouble over the state of that.

If there’s ever found to be a link between desk tidyness and weakened immune system response (or similar) then I assume you will get that tidied up pronto!
I am ashamed of mine. I took paternity leave over the summer and didn’t have time to sort it out properly.
Clear desk policy means I have to clear it every night

Work desk would be the same thanks to hot dealing and clear desk policies.
Not too bad at the mo, although the pile of paper to the right, aka in/out tray, will rapidly rise…
My colleagues’ desks are destroyed. So much paper everywhere. Mine is perfect.

got a real beef with mismatched monitors
I’m not pleased either. The lady who works opposite me had a problem with her monitor so when we weren’t around IT switched hers with mine. I came back, gave out to them over the phone and they replaced it with a mismatched monitor. The colour balance on the one on the right is fucked too so it isn’t helping my colour blindness.
