Saw them last night and sadly, I didn’t think this was too far off the mark.

I’ve consistently loved them since I was a teen and I felt a bit bored during half the set. Did feel like a band who needed the money more than a band who actually want to be back on the road to me.

Ho hum, such is the fun of the legacy band wheeling out their back cat.

Thanks!

My beautiful new mug. Bought a t-shirt and a tote bag. Tote bag is of very good quality and is larger than the standard totes.

Stop tempting me I just managed to talk myself out of a tote bag (I have an obscene number of tote bags)

Did you get a Bikini Kill tote bag?

If anyone’s seated I’m on the aisle of level 1 in a red shirt and waiting for my friend to arrive. Say hi!

I did not

I’m aisle left level one sat alone.

payed over the odds for a lovely GBV one in London last week (£15 ffs). not even a massive Stereolab fan but seeing them in a couple of weeks and could be tempted for a fiver

oh instagram says they’re a tenner. good, don’t really need another one.

couple of the albums seem to be going cheap though, wonder if they’ll have any left by Belfast

Nice meeting you finally. Have a great gig.

@jack_on_fire are you on level 1 too?

I’m at Oxford Circus right now but have a standing ticket.

I disagree. If they were solely doing it for the quids they’d have just wheeled out the hits, and they certainly wouldn’t have done a ten minute wig out version of Lo Boob Oscillator - everything would have been much closer to the original versions.

Cheers, you too.

Same here… was a bit surprised when I asked for a t-shirt and bag and they said £40! Anyway, this stereolab merch seems more reasonable.

Wow. I paid £10 for the tote and £12 for the mug at the stalls merch stand.
