Stuff that should / shouldn't be fucked with - discussion followed by polls

Basically, is the OG version of a given thing suitable for adaptation and experimentation, or should it not be fucked with. You can announce a thing and start a discussion on it, but I’m very keen to only have polls on each thing once a discussion has taken place and we can make informed decisions. Thank you for your co-operation in this regard.

I’ll kick off with HUMOUS.
My opinion is that this SHOULD NOT be fucked with. The classic recipe is sacrosanct and all the versions with stuff mixed in are evil. Especially caramalised onion humous. I don’t want anyone to buy this.

This is a very thoughtfully constructed thread

yeah, I think I might have thought the concept out of existence. What shall we chat about in here in the meantime?

Resurrecting dinosaurs by harvesting their DNA from amber-encased mosquitoes, and then splicing it with frog DNA.

I think that Crisps are something that should be fucked with.

The standard crisp, the Walkers standard has been improved upon so often as a result of being fucked with (thicker cut, ridges, fun shapes etc) that the standard thing has become the lesser version. This is an example of something that not only HAS been fucked with well but something that we should continue fucking with

Tin of baked beans for going on toast absolutely should be fucked with (e.g. butter, tabasco, worcestershire sauce, cheese on top)

  • Agree (fuck with the beans)
  • Disagree (do not fuck with the beans)
