How cold does Copenhagen get come October time?
Meh not even that cheap.
A bit colder than London…
East Coast train to Newcastle - show her the old haunts.
Yes! Those trains are awesome.
I just arranged a stag do on the Isle of Wight - was brilliant. It is a struggle without a car though. I had to prebook all of our cabs which was a real ball ache. That coastal path is amazing.

Done Newcastle, York, Edinburgh, Oxford, Cambridge, Cardiff, Manchester… hmm, maybe Leeds? Lots of good beer places, and Bundobust. Must be some hip hotels too.
Yeah - Lewes is a good shout.

My Curated Instagram Lifestyle™ mates with kids all seem to have been to The Pig hotel in the New Forest. Looks kid friendly and nice.
Are there any nice hotels in Lewes? A quick look at Tripadvisor isn’t very promising…
Ha, we’ve actually done the sister hotel, The Pig near Bath. It is very lovely.
It’s a website with loads of ‘quirky’ places to stay. Yurts, shepherd huts, treehouses. It’s brilliant.
Peckham/New Cross District.
With your child? Or before that? I like the look of them.
Not ever stayed in Lewes tbh. Nice pubs though.
That’s currently a 5 hour train journey from London. With 2 changes.
Pre-child - when she was pregnant in fact. Our last hurrah.
Half a kit-kat
Thinking of taking child and TV. Threads like this always make me feel guilty about not leaving the M25 enough…
