Shaheen look update: a bit of the Graeme Smiths about him, in particular the 22-going-on-40 element.

lol

OK me from an hour ago is now interested.

Boof!

I wonder how often two batsmen hit 50 in the same over.

Definitely a wicket in the next over or two. Starting to get overconfident IMO. Woakes will hook a short one

Hi Ant!

Hi Aggsy. How are you this afternoon?

Got a lot of washing up to do and should be making a quiche* but I’m enthralled by the cricket atm.

* pesto, roasted red pepper and feta if you’re interested

I’ve already had two beers, a Solero and a bag of Monster Munch in the last hour or so.

Enjoy your quiche please

Beer?

  • Sure, why not?
  • Only if you already have a beer, but you can only get it between overs.
  • No

If you got struck outside leg stump on the full by a ball that was going to pitch in line with the stumps could it be lbw?

I actually looked this up earlier, but have forgotten. I think the answer is no.

Law 36.1.4. The ball has to impact either wicket to wicket or outside off.

I really like it when both batters are on the same score

This economy rate is bringing the new ball back into play.

Just need buttler to block out 7 dots for the ultimate symmetry
