i thought i was having anxious heart rate issues but my phone says my heart rates 60

Tbf my mother in law is worse! I told her no kids from us but she keeps telling other family members with babies not to throw anything away as that will be perfect for my baby!
I said I’ll just take the cash instead but that didn’t go down too well :joy:

Watching the snooks.

Have a bit of a headache so drink a big water.

Another walk, then stew, then NFL.

Had that bloody sea shanty shit stuck in my head all weekend and I’m sure it’s all DiS’s fault. You’re all going in the bin

Went on a solo walk with the babby in the pram. Went up a big steep hill. Unfit fat man is sweaty. Nice view though

Pretty harsh on B! His Training Peaks plan is probably still in the endurance phase

Just got in from my 10k run. My darling partner just told me I currently smell like “if a bin had an arsehole.” :frowning:

‘The snooker finished earlier than planned so now an unexpected look at beavers behaving badly’

Heeelp. Can anyone recommend a site that sells different types of coloured/textured paper? I’m also looking for the option of something that might have flecks of different colours through them, not just flat colour. Basically something other than something like this:

Would be great to find some more muted colours. I would normally go to an art shop so I can eyeball them properly but obviously that’s not an option :frowning:

Normally just use Ebay for art/craft stuff for Mrs F, there are quite a few good shops on there. Or Hobbycraft maybe?

Come on, we all have our flaws. For instance I bite my nails and get distracted easily. Phil does a little bit of murder.

‘Spector’s life was tumultuous and ultimately tragic; as groundbreaking as his studio accomplishments were, those achievements were all but overshadowed by his 2009 conviction for the murder of actress Lana Clarkson.’

Overshadowed!

I saw another byline that went something along the lines of ‘the record producer whose reputation was tarnished by a murder conviction’

Why do they use this passive language to distance him from the crime he commited?!

Because he was white! The way media organisations report crimes committed by white vs BIPOC makes me so fucking angry
