We made a slow start to the day. Currently listening to Adrianne Lenker, whilst my son plays with his Mario Lego. Off to the pantomime a little later.

Watching The Holdovers. Think plan is to take decorations down today. It feels a bit of a melancholy of a job but i do like sanity returning to the house.
Child two has already threatened a meltdown over the lack of jumping jacks (flapjacks) in the house.
Get the bairn their flapjacks you monster!

Morning all 
Still got a poorly bunny 
but she’s been to the vet first thing and has some medication, and she didn’t die in the night which was my main fear!
Going to attempt to get the family out for a walk this morning - will probably help to be out of the house as the rabbit just needs to readjust and let her medication take effect. Might go for pizza for lunch, we’ll see.

Not much going on.
Need to pop to Sainsbo to get dinner. Man can only subsist on cheese and biscuits for so long.
Probably have a bath this afternoon.
I would if i could but the shop it is over there (points vaguely) and i am over here. On the couch. In my dressing gown.

All gloomy here thanks to (unusually) people who aren’t me!
On the upside I found some Marmite, so had toast and Marmite. It was nice. I get that people hate it, but I’m not sure that I believe many people love it? It’s pretty nice when you’re in the mood though. I was. In the mood.
Might practice backgammon for a bit and then go for a walk, although it’s looking rainy!
Woke up this morning (after a rare and glorious 10hrs sleep) to my son chatting away excitedly to himself on the monitor about getting a little brother having found out at our scan the other day 
so that was awesome.
Weather looks pish for the next few days so going to get out for a wander this morning and then a bit of tidying before visitor arrival tomorrow. Roasting loads of veg for dinner as they’ve felt a bit… absent recently

Back to my flat later today. Might try and get a pint or cinema with someone, or just do a wash and play my games. Endless options!
My decorations never go up until after 15 December (my birthday lol) so I leave them until 5 / 6 January. I like having them up for New Year specifically
