Always do too much then you can always reheat!

Yep just mix it by hand and leave in a bowl to rise for an hour or so
Top tip: if you have an oven, try the setting which is just ‘light on’ and nothing else. It’ll only be about 25-30 degrees in there which is perfect for yeasty stuff to rise quickly if you’re in a rush

Why haven’t I tried this paratha for breakfast business yet? It’s a brilliant idea.
I had toast with bramble jelly for breakfast and leftover pasta bake for lunch.
I also had some popcorn and sour jelly sweets at the cinema.
