I mean we didn’t need it really but was so close to putting it in anyway and any leftovers could’ve been breakfast.

Gonna have to eat some biscuits and mince pies now though

Yep just mix it by hand and leave in a bowl to rise for an hour or so

Top tip: if you have an oven, try the setting which is just ‘light on’ and nothing else. It’ll only be about 25-30 degrees in there which is perfect for yeasty stuff to rise quickly if you’re in a rush

Lunch: Houmous on toast with chili flakes
Tea: Spicy bean burger, chips and green beans and additional chip butty

Additional: Some chili doritos, some cherry candy kittens, 1 x mince pie

I had toast with bramble jelly for breakfast and leftover pasta bake for lunch.

I also had some popcorn and sour jelly sweets at the cinema.

Mushrooms on a mini garlic and coriander naan for breakfast. Cucumber sandwiches for lunch (banana and orange in between).
