Real Foods in Edinburgh had some, so maybe another decently stocked vegan/veggie/“alt” supermarket? Also definitely Amazon/other less evil websites

i’ve got some leftover red lentil salad, think i’ll add some aubergine etc. and turn it into a moussaka

Can’t decide what to have. We’ve got 6 peppers and loads of onions and puff pastry and potatoes and baby potatoes and miscellaneous pastas, flours for making breads, half a pot of cream, loads of sour cream, green veg, cheeses, tomatoes.
Cba to make anything too laborious.

Put all that in a pot and call it a stew
