Nothing yet but will probably work up the courage to make some avocado, bacon and eggs on toast in a wee bit.
Got really nice eggs, the yolks are very orange
Lunch is going to be a morning roll with potato scone, bacon and fried egg, with a wee splodge of ketchup
Urgh, nothing yet. Ate so much stodge yesterday that I canβt face food today- Iβm like a hibernating animal today. Going to go for a run and see if I can muster up and appetite for a late lunch. If so Iβll have some salmon and eggs. If not then itβll be dinner later- maybe tofu noodles or tofu and spinach curry.
Made some oat raisin cookies. Might just eat them all day.
Chorizo bean stew with homemade bread and crispy potatoes and cookies, variously, through the day

It is tres stressful to make (both panacotta and a proper slow cooked Bol #italiangodparents). Iβd leave your tv alone and hide!
Simple roast for lunch.
Gonna have a high tea kinda thing- making cheese and rosemary scones and crumpets, and got swiss roll and malt loaf in.
Gonna see if the local has sufficient space in the beer garden and is doing food and order Sunday dinner if so
111 said go to a&e. Already cried this morning because I canβt even make a cup of tea. And have had to put a chair in the bath so I can wash my haaaaaaair. Wahhhhh

Itβs my favourite thing Iβve started making in lockdown, and not that hard! Fry the chorizo, cook some veg in the oil, add can tomatoes and wine, simmer, add beans and spinach, simmer, eat!
I basically do this recipe. Just remove the chorizo after youβve fried off the oil and add it back along with the can of tomatoes, I use red instead of white wine, use two peppers and two cans of beans and add in a bunch of tomato paste along with the veg for a few mins before the liquids get added. Oh and like 200ml of beef stock Along with the can of tomatoes too - I mashed a few recipes together tbh
