Just what it sounds like. Butter worth lots of wee crispy bits of streaky smoked bacon through it

I subbed in some extra veg (small chunks of pepper and green beans), couldn’t get the nigella seeds/ Indian Five Spice and cooked it in the oven to get the rice a bit crispy.
