Just had a ham & cheese sandwich, two pork pies, crisps and an aero. Garlic & chilli roast chicken later, obviously.

I had three slices of toast and a chunk of cake at around 12.15.
I’m being driven to Edinburgh for a BBQ, so Yorkshires are unlikely.
