I had a cheese and onion bake from Greggs for my breakfast yesterday as I was feeling dangerously ropey and really hungry and it would be quick and easy to eat. Sorted me right out thank you Greggs.

Just roasting some aubergine tomato and red pepper for pasta.

Maybe chuck some kale in

Gonna put some kale in our lasagne :leafy_green:

Breakfast was porridge, blueberries and golden syrup.

Lunch was leftovers of this chickpea and tahini salad thing:

Served with couscous and halloumi and pomegranate seeds which were not part of this original recipe: https://www.ambitiouskitchen.com/sesame-roasted-vegetables/

Apple, digestive and coffee were also consumed.

I’ve just had a (very unseasonal) peach and an Aldi own-brand rice crispie treat.

Lentil pasta with sauce made from tomatoes and butterbeans. It was a bit acidic but added a little honey and nutritional yeast to balance the flavours and it worked so well  it’s really good. I’m being watched while I eat though

But now he’s gone back to his paper
