Been cooking a roast lamb for the last 4 hours. Being very careful about getting the flavours just right. Waiting for the inevitable anger im going to experience when every covers the whole lot in mint sauce
Also got these mini vegan victoria sponge cakes. Which are very good. Trying to hold off having the last one til this evening.
Lunch: 1x chorizo & philly sandwich, 1x McCoys s&v crisps, 1x pork pie, 1x maltesers chocolate bar, 1x levi roots Caribbean crush drink
Dinner: gonna make lamb, mint & feta burgers
I’ve only ever had swede mashed with carrots.
Carrot and swede mash, we call it.

Breakfast was a cooked breakfast.
Lunch will be coffee, maybe a biscuit.
Tea will be homemade salt and pepper chicken stir fry. I’m excited for this.

1 black coffee
1 large pain au chocolat, warmed in the oven so it’s all melty choc
Loads of leftover takeaway
Might make grilled cheese sandwiches?? Quite fancy one

Oh yeah. OK I’ve also had tiny cubes of boiled swede.
Also I am very much into the mayonnaise method, have you tried it? Put Mayo on the outsides of the bread and it goes SOOOOOO good
Any additional fillings? Onions? Herbs? Hot sauce?
Oh dear! It doesn’t last long and you can eat something comforting for dinner

Breakfast: sourdough, scrambled egg, fake bacon. Tea
Lunch: brie, houmous and salad sandwich. French fries crisps ready salted flavour, apple.
Dinner: going to roast some carrots. Beyond that unsure. We have a load of Indian snacks which need eating so maybe something around those.
